    item not received and little assistance

    after a month the much desired and paid for item has not arrived, no assistance from Australia Post and your office, disappointed, angry……

    I am glad to see you have now received your parcel.
    We got your 1-star review and we are really sorry you feel like that. However it seems a little unfair, considering we did respond to you, we did contact Australia Post to help you, and in the end you did get your item. As you can imagine, any delays from the Italian postal system are unfortunately completely out of our control.
    In any case, we really hope you enjoy your item, and apologies again for the delays from Italia Post.
    Just something to consider: in future you may wish to select Express postage, as we find the items get to their destination a lot quicker that way.
