Great site for those wanting Pro Team kit and casual gear. I ordered a Rapha EF Education cap that was only available to the pro riders and now I have something unique to match with my Rapha EF cycling jersey.
Paul was very responsive to the delivery notes and item arrived promptly and condition as described.

I’m a fan of team ef and this site has the largest selection of their kits.
Last time I ordered an aero jersey as it’s the last item to complete the whole kit. I will post what was in their listing and what was delivered. After receiving the wrong item I contacted customer service but was told I should be happy with what I received.
This time I ordered a team ef rain gilet and was again sent the wrong item. I ordered a men’s team EF rain gilet but received a women’s gilet. I contacted customer service (Paul) told me these gilets are unisex just with differences in some printed wordings. So I listed out to Paul it’s more than wrong wordings, and definitely not unisex. Aside from the women’s UCI Conti team printed on the front, the waistline is flared out so it’s actually roomier than men in this area, it’s women’s xs which is one size too smaller than the men’s sizing.
These items are not cheap and rare to come by. I was offered to return them but I would not be able to get a replacement as inventory is sold out. Paul graciously offered a $75 credit for this mishap which is appreciated. But sometimes it’s important to understand what the customer wants and in this instance I only wish they had sent me the items as advertised. Not a variation of.
This site has access to very special and unique inventories, which I value. With team EF garments, it’s the unique logos and sticker designs on what would otherwise be a standard issue from Rapha. So when these uniqueness are compromised, they lose their value to that individual customer. With this latest item, it’s also the wrong gender with a women’s fit and sizing.
So unfortunately and regrettably, it’s opportunity missed for me, a second time. One star for the garments and two stars added for Paul’s effort.
I bought two pairs of the medium aero socks. Unfortunately, I received one medium pair and one small pair. After trialing the first pair a success, I intended to wear the second pair the following day, however couldn't get the sock over my ankle. This was extremely disappointing, but I can't fault the quality of the first pair.
