I have made several purchases this year and have been pleased every time. High quality bibs of this kind would normally cost double if not triple the price. Customer service is also at a high level. Just to me things clear, I am fully satisfied with service and will definetely consider shopping at your website again. However, I want to point out soemthing you probably did not consider.
My delivery was for whatever reason late for shipment, so that you told me in an e-mail, it would be sent out as an express delivery (I do not recall ordering express, I understand you did this as a comprndation for the late delivery).
When the parcel arrived, I had to pay for the express delivery, which (in Austria) is about 10€. If things went down as i proposed in this email, i would encourage you not to ship parcels express without the customer's consent.
Again, i am fully satisfied with the order and just wanted you to know that.
